内蒙古淖尔国际贸易（集团）有限公司是巴彦淖尔市能源（集团）有限公司的全资子公司。承载着巴彦淖尔市委、市政府赋予的打造绿色、高效、智能口岸的重要使命。2023年4月正式更名组建，注册资本金10 亿元。拥有全资和控股企业 12 家，在职员工201人，资产规模21亿元，业务涵盖煤炭贸易、仓储、跨境运输、洗选加工、供应链金融等多个领域。

Inner Mongolia Naor International Trade (Group) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bayannur Energy (Group) Co., Ltd., was established in April 2023 through corporate restructuring and official renaming. With registered capital of CNY 1 billion, the company currently operates 12 wholly-owned and holding enterprises, employing 201 professionals and managing assets totaling CNY 2.1 billion. Mandated by the Bayannur Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the corporation is entrusted with the strategic mission of building a green, efficient, and intelligent border port. Its diversified business portfolio encompasses coal trading, warehousing operations, cross-border transportation, coal preparation processing, and supply chain finance services.

In response to the national strategic deployment of the energy revolution and the "dual carbon" goals, the company integrates and optimizes energy resources within the city, promoting the transformation of the energy structure towards cleanliness, low carbonization, and intelligence. It gives full play to the leading and supporting role of state-owned capital in energy infrastructure construction, investment in major projects, and the cultivation of strategic emerging industries, so as to ensure the security of local energy supply.
